Proso Millet Idli - Soak 1 Cup Proso Millet, 1 cup Urad Dal for 4-6 hours. Grind both. Mix soaked water in the combined Batter & allow to ferment overnight or upto 6-8 hours. Add Salt to taste 1⁄2 cup finely Chopped Carrots, French Beans & 1 tsp spluttered Mustard Seeds. Pour out mixed Batter into Idli Moulds & Cook for 7-10 mins. Serve with Coconut Chutney/Sambar.
