Barley Roti: 2 Cups Barley Flour, water, tsp oil/ghee, 1 tbs dried/chopped methi , leaves, 1 tbs dried/chopped drumstick leaves, salt to taste. In Barley flour, add oil/ghee and dry mix. Now, add enough water to knead into a stiff dough. Roll or pat into a chapatti. Dry cook on an iron tawa. Serve hot with ghee.
Nourishing Recipe For Weight Loss: Dry roast 1 tbs barley flour on the tawa till light brown. Mix in half a cup of normal water to remove lumps.
