Coldpressed Coconut Oil

Livelihood income increase for small scale farmers,
through proceeds of wooden cold pressing units. Coconuts for pressing oil, are sourced from small farmers in Kerala.

Cold pressing is a production method in which coconut meat is
pressed mechanically, with a temperature not exceeding 50 C, to ensure nutrition benefits are preserved. The cold pressed coconut oil is not refined, processed or deodorized, making it a product of unique premium quality!

Use in daily cooking, Adds health benefits to chutneys, salads, veggies, dosa, smoothie, chocolates, baking and desserts etc. Best for skin, hair applications. Ideal and safe for body massage for infants. Apply on body before bath, to reduce pitta.

Maintains healthy skin and hair. Improves general condition in
cancer and reduces undesirable effects of chemotherapy. Prevents various cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure. Doesn’t contribute to increase in LDL level. Boosts brain functioning in Alzheimer’s patients. (Mikolajczak Natalia, 2017). Flavonoids and other polyphenols present are responsible for its anti-oxidant activity (Sabitha et al. 2015).

Once packet is opened, store in glass jar or air tight plastic jar.  Consume quickly or Refrigerate. Residue-free produce catches weevils easily. Composting produce is the best option if spoiled.
