Idli, Upma, Cutlet, Salad Mix, Khakra, Gluten Free Breads & Noodles, Cakes, Desserts eg. sheera, laddoo, kheer.Foxtail Curd/Yogurt Khichdi: Wash and Soak 1 cup Foxtail Millet for 1-8 hours(Optional - mix 1/2 cup any washed & soaked dal). Boil millet in same soaked water till soft with salt to taste. Mash & add 1
cup curd/yoghurt. Splutter 1 tsp Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, 1 tsp soaked Chana Dal in 1 tbs Taru A2 Desi Cow Ghee/Oil. Add tempering to boiled Millets. Further, cook 1 min & serve. (Options -Add a cup of mixed, boiled/stir-fried vegetables, 1⁄2 tsp turmeric powder, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, green chillies, herbs)Sweet nutty flavor. One of the most digestible & non-allergic grains.
