Coldpressed Groundnut Oil

Livelihood income increase for small scale farmers through proceeds of wooden cold processing unit and growing of groundnuts.

Cold pressing is a production method which groundnut seeds
are pressed mechanically. Oil is extracted from pulp at 50 degrees or
lesser, to ensure nutrition benefits are preserved, making it a product of unique premium quality.

Use in daily cooking, Adds health benefit to chutneys, salads,
veggies, dosa, smoothie, chocolates, baking and desserts.

Rich source of unsaturated fats, carbohydrates, Vitamin E. Good for infants and pregnant women. Reduces risk of cholesterol,
cancer and heart diseases. (Arya et al 2016).

Once packet is opened, store in glass jar or air tight plastic jar.  Consume quickly or Refrigerate. Residue-free produce catches weevils easily. Composting produce is the best option if spoiled.
