How To Use:
i) Soak rice and black gram separately.
ii) Grind rice and black gram separately with occasional addition of water.
iii) Mix the rice and black gram batters with a little salt.
iv) Let mixture ferment at room temperature.
v) Ladle the batter in the idli pan and steam it.
