Can be used as upma, khichdis, sweet dishes, with milk or curd as breakfast cereal.
Dalia Upma - Dry roast daliya over low heat for 3 – 5 mins until light brown . Set aside. Temper mustard seeds, jeera, cashews, peanuts and/or chopped onion in ghee or oil. Add vegetables and salt. Add the roasted broken wheat and 1.5 cups of water. Pressure cook or cook over low heat till done. Garnish with coriander and lemon juice and serve.

Once packet is opened, store in glass jar or air tight plastic jar. Consume quickly or Refrigerate. Residue-free produce catches weevils easily. Composting produce is the best option if spoiled.
