Soak flowers overnight . Have on Empty stomach. At night . add flowers to boiling water & Make hot tea. Let it brew for 3 mins. Sip slowly. Should be taken without milk or cream. Add honey to lukewarm tea or Jaggrey to hot tea for taste.
