Rice is manually cleaned by our backend super women, vaccum
packed and packaged.Boiled Rice served with Dal, Vegetable Curry, Soups or salads. Delicious Khichdi, Risotto, Pulao, Dosa, Pancakes, Idli, Desserts like Kheer, Pudding, etc.
Clay Pot Recipe: Take 1 bowl of rice, Wash. Soak in clay pot in 3 times more water than quantity of rice for 10 mins to 1 hr. Use same water for cooking. Add 1 tsp Taru Gir Cow Ghee , salt to taste, bay leaves and spices. Cover with clay dhakkan. Switch o gas with little water remaining. Leave covered.
Sweet Indrayani Rice Recipe:
Ingredients:
Indrayani rice – 2 cups
Jaggery powder – 1 cup
Milk – ½ cup
Cloves – 3 pieces
Green Cardamoms – 3 pieces
Cinnamon stick – 1 piece
Cow Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cashew nut – 6 pieces
Almonds – 6 pieces
Raisins – 6 pieces
Saffron – tsp
How to make
Wash and soak the indrayani rice for 20 minutes. In pan heat ghee, add the cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, dry fruits and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the drained indrayani rice with 2 cups of water. Once the water in rice starts drying, add the jaggery powder, milk and saffron. Mix. Cook for 10-12 minutes. Serve.Low glycemic index. Gluten-free and low in fat. Low cholesterol, Low Sodium. Contains Micro and macronutrients. Contains all eight essential amino acids Rich in folic acid.
Once packet is opened, store in glass jar or air tight plastic jar. Consume quickly or Refrigerate. Residue-free produce catches weevils easily. Composting produce is the best option if spoiled.
