Indigenous Yellow Chilkha Dal is stone-ground, manually by women farmers in traditional stone grinder (chakki), washed, sun-dried , manually cleaned & packed. Handpounded in prana of women farmers singing folklore songs, offering praises to the divine & mother nature.

Yellow Moong Dal Soup:
Soak 1 cup Moong Dal for 1/2 to 1 hr in 6 cups water & boil. Cook & puree it. Add salt. Heat oil & add spices (1 tbsp Cumin Seeds, 1 tsp Black Mustard Seeds, 1 Green Chilli Grated, ½ tbsp Ginger Grated, ¼ tsp Asafoetida, 1 ½ tsp Turmeric ). Pour Spice Mixture into Moong Dal puree & Serve Hot with rice.Traditional food & medicine. Contains balanced nutrients,
including protein, dietary fiber, minerals, vitamins, ascorbic acid and bioactive compounds - polyphenols, polysaccharides, peptides. Regulates good health, digestion, skin health.
